CEO
Filip is a business and team leader with a passion for innovation. He has over two decades of experience in the SaaS industry. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Nomadesk, which was acquired by Unifiedpost Group in 2017. At Unifiedpost Group and subsequently Itineris, Filip held roles in Corporate Development and M&A.

Beatrice Toussaint
Founder, COO
Beatrice is a business psychologist with a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. With her expertise in the field, she empowers organisations and institutions to address the negative effects of unconscious bias in HR decision-making through the use of innovative technologies, with the aim of creating more inclusive and future-proof policies.

Bhanu Angam
Sr. Data Scientist
Bhanu is a data scientist with a background in mathematical modelling, predictive algorithms, and machine learning. With experience in demand forecasting of global vaccines at GSK, Bhanu excels in analysing and interpreting complex data, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).

Maryna Soufi
Full Stack Developer
Maryna Soufi is a passionate Full Stack JavaScript Developer who embraces coding and new technologies. With a meticulous attention to detail, she constantly pursues growth and learning in her profession. With her expertise in front-end and back-end development, Maryna takes charge of designing and developing the talentguide applications, ensuring superior performance and an exceptional user experience.

Krista Van den Abeele
Office Manager
Krista is an executive assistant with a wealth of experience in supporting innovative companies across multiple industries, including biotech, energy tech and marketing tech, with a focus on day-to-day operations such as human resources, accounting, and office management. Her commitment to excellence has made her an asset to companies, helping them to successfully achieve their goals.

Koen Handekyn
Technology Advisor
Koen is a highly experienced CTO and technology advisor with over 25 years of experience in software engineering, research, and product development at companies such as Alcatel-Lucent and Unifiedpost Group. He holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Ghent University and a degree in Business Administration from Vlerick Business School.

Founder, Non-Executive Director
Dr. Vickie Dekocker is Senior Expert Education-Labour Market and policy advisor on the topic. She holds a PhD from KU Leuven and is a visiting professor of Sociology of Work. Vickie is one of the authors of the book "Learning dual learning" (Acco, 2018) and "Towards a new social contract in the 21st century" (Lannoo, 2019). She also wrote different contributions on HR technologies (De Tijd, Bloovi, Knack, Trends) and is frequently asked as a guest speaker on the topic.

Luc Burgelman

Luc is an accomplished professional with a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer experiences using data-driven insights and AI solutions. He has co-founded and served as CEO of several successful Big Data/SaaS companies and boutique consulting firms, including Porthus and NGDATA. Luc holds active board positions with multiple companies and has previously served on the board PieSync, which was sold to Hubspot.

Dr. Bruno Tindemans is an experienced Director, Executive and Start-up Entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in both the private consulting industry, and government as well as in academia and on the cross section of labour market and education. He is a strong research professional skilled in Innovation Management, Strategy and Strategic Foresight, and Entrepreneurship Education.
