We need someone who doesn’t just write code, but who helps shape the backbone of our platform so that what we deliver today still shines tomorrow. Joining us means taking real ownership of your work. This is how you’ll make your mark with us:
- Collaborating closely with product, design, and fellow engineers, you take concepts from the first sketch all the way to production: design, code, test, release, and refine until it works. For this you’ll work with TypeScript, React, and Node.js to ship clean, efficient, maintainable code.
- You help design our architecture in a serverless way with micro frontends and PWAs to keep talentguide fast and scalable.
- Moreover, you help improve and run our CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, manage Docker and Terraform, and ensure smooth deployments to Azure.
- You design authentication and authorization components that give our users peace of mind every time they log in.
- Of course you’ll also tackle bugs and technical debt so that today’s quick fix doesn’t become tomorrow’s headache.
- And you’ll get plenty of room to explore new tools and frameworks. You’ll be able to implement these, as well as support your engineering colleagues through documentation, reviews, and mentoring.

Your toolbox:
- Core stack: JavaScript (ES2016+), TypeScript, React, Node.js, HTML5, CSS/Tailwind.
- Dev magic: Vite, npm, testing frameworks, GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform.
- Cloud wizardry: Comfortable in Azure, with containers and scalable, serverless infrastructure.
- Architecture mindset: Modular thinking, PWAs, WebSockets, WebWorkers, with security (authN/authZ) in mind.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, internal linking, and mobile performance.
- Collaborate with the team to create high-performing, search-optimized content.
- Build and execute effective backlink acquisition strategies.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our outbound sales efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist and HubSpot.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Qualify inbound leads and set up discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of leads.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for meetings booked and pipeline growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
