As CTO, you own the technical product development plan. You lead with technical depth and human insight, acting as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO, Chief Product Officer, and the Board. You weigh in on everything from roadmap trade-offs and long-term technical bets to development team and platform infrastructure budgets.

This is how you’ll make your mark with us:

  • Collaborating closely with product, design, and fellow engineers, you take concepts from the first sketch all the way to production: design, code, test, release, and refine until it works. For this you’ll work with TypeScript, React, and Node.js to ship clean, efficient, maintainable code.
  • You help design our architecture in a serverless way with micro frontends and PWAs to keep talentguide fast and scalable.
  • Moreover, you help improve and run our CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, manage Docker and Terraform, and ensure smooth deployments to Azure.
  • You design authentication and authorization components that give our users peace of mind every time they log in.
  • Of course you’ll also tackle bugs and technical debt so that today’s quick fix doesn’t become tomorrow’s headache.
