Founder | CEO
Filip is a SaaS entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. He led growth projects at Itineris, was responsible for M&A at Banqup (Euronext: BANQ), and served as chairman of the board at Unifly. As co-founder and CEO of Nomadesk, he raised €10M in venture capital and led the company’s acquisition by Unifiedpost (Banqup). He holds degrees in bioscience engineering from UGent and an MBA from Vlerick. His interests include start- and scale-ups, SaaS, and aviation.
Beatrice Toussaint
Founder | Marketing & Research
Beatrice is a business psychologist who bridges customer success and product management, ensuring talentguide reflects real-world HR needs. She integrates AI and behavioral science to help organizations address bias and build inclusive, data-informed HR strategies. A renowned keynote speaker, she shares her expertise on human bias, technology, and the future of work at leading institutions and events.
Amarildo Kurtaj
Sr. Full Stack Developer | Development Lead
Amarildo is a full-stack developer with deep expertise in Angular, React, Node.js, and AWS, building scalable web applications front to back. With prior roles at NowJobs, Toyota, and Pfizer, he brings hands-on experience in performance-driven environments. At talentguide, he leads the engineering team with a focus on clean architecture, fast iteration, and robust product delivery.
Judith Straetemans
Product & Customer Success
Judith is a product management leader specialized in building user-focused and scalable software in high-growth environments. She has extensive experience driving product strategy, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. She previously led business process optimization at Stripe, and served as a product manager for a variety of start- and scale-ups in San Francisco, Dublin and Belgium. She also has teaching experience as a lecturer in digital business and design thinking.
Bhanu Angam

Bhanu is a skilled data scientist specializing in mathematical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics. He has a strong track record in demand forecasting, having supported global vaccine supply at GSK. His expertise in NLP and NLU plays a key role in powering talentguide’s skills intelligence engine, helping the platform extract and optimize insights from complex language data.

Maryna is a full stack JavaScript developer focused on delivering seamless, user-centered digital experiences. She works across the stack to ensure performance, responsiveness, and design consistency throughout talentguide’s platform. Dr. Vickie Dekocker is Senior Expert Education-Labour Market and policy advisor on the topic. She holds a PhD from KU Leuven and is a visiting professor of Sociology of Work. Vickie is one of the authors of the book "Learning dual learning" (Acco, 2018) and "Towards a new social contract in the 21st century" (Lannoo, 2019). She also wrote different contributions on HR technologies (De Tijd, Bloovi, Knack, Trends) and is frequently asked as a guest speaker on the topic.
Luc Burgelman

Luc is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record in building data-driven SaaS companies such as NGDATA and Porthus, the latter acquired by Descartes.
