We recently hosted the first talentguide Advisory Group (TAG) meeting centered around interactive dialogue, bringing together influential leaders in Human Resources, Education, and Technology. The meeting explored the evolving world of work, guided by the mission to provide companies with data-driven insights for a future-proof workforce.

Skills & Analytics: Unveiling the Future of Work

The focal point of the evening revolved around the critical nature of skills mapping in today's workforce. The TAG community explored the role technology plays in ensuring accuracy and adaptability in this process. Dr. Vickie Dekocker, Senior Expert Education & Labour Market at Agoria and Bert Van Rompaey, Change Partner at SPHERE, shared their insights about the relevant business and HR challenges companies struggle with and sheds light on how HR managers can efficiently and effectively solve them. The discussion also served as a platform for the attendees to explore the strategic implications of dealing with the increasing scarcity of talent, retention issues and internal mobility management.

TAG members also had the chance to preview the new version of talentguide's platform before its launch next year. With the new version of the platform, companies can now easily:

  • Align employee skills with open roles faster and more accurately, reducing recruitment time and effort.
  • Close skill gaps in your organization using actionable insights.
